New Features

  • Reworked look and feel for TMS, new tables, improved menus, better screen resizing.
  • New features for car transport customers.
    • New ‘Vehicle Details’ tab shows Experian car details together with driver inspection details.
    • New ‘Experian’ print POD type creates printable PODs with driver inspection details, car info from Experian together with signatures, address details and more.
    • Specific vehicle reg column added to TMS screens
  • New options for filtering TMS by vehicle types
    • By associating jobs with specific vehicle categories (e.g. 7.5 Tonne) you can now filter unallocated jobs, diary and other screens to only show jobs for your vehicles.
    • New implementation of pricing screen offers editable fields and filtering if using vehicle types.
  • New job accept screen gives the option of proof checking and accepting jobs before adding them to Unallocated Jobs.
  • Quantity units are now customer specific allowing different lists for different work. This is managed through the ‘Preferred Units’ option on the Customer screen.
    • Note: If initially you would like all units enabled please send an email to support@tracktrans.com and we’ll enable it.
  • Trunks may now be added to standard loads / manifests for instances where the trunk is just one part of a larger load.
    • To do so first pre-advice the jobs, add them onto a trunk and save without a driver or vehicle selected.
    • Now on the load you wish to add the trunk to click the green plus button. Click the ‘Trunks’ tab select the trunk(s) you wish to add to the load and save.
  • Loads may now be created from the diary screen by double clicking on the box (Driver / vehicle by Date) which you wish to create the load for. Note: This is only allowed if there is not already a load for that day.
  • New cut and paste method introduced between ‘Unallocated jobs’ and ‘load screen’
    • Highlight jobs you wish to plan on unallocated jobs screen and click the copy button. Now go to the load you wish to add them to and click the paste button to add the jobs to the load.
  • Turnover tracking screen re-designed to be clearer and easier to use.
    • Also  now limits customer lists based on user access level.
  • When setting jobs as ‘refused - new manual job’ new option now available called ‘multiple new jobs’ allowing multiple new jobs to be created.
  • New Bulk collection option on POD screen.
    • From a collection you can now click the ‘bulk collection’ button to create multiple delivery jobs linked to the selected collection.
    • Each job will have a reference linking them together.
    • Bulk collection addresses will appear highlighted on job planning screens.
    • Bulk collection jobs can then be grouped together on the pricing screen for invoicing.
  • Improvements to loading circle consistency on slow connections.
  • Various improvements to custom reports
    • Large selection of new fields added.
    • New options to create custom reports based on invoice or invoice preview numbers.
    • New option to filter by current depot rather than just entry depot.
  • New ‘Pallet ID’ option added for label printing.
  • Multiple enhancements for external customer logins – improvements for job creations, searching and filtering.
  • New option to limit users (internal or external) to only see selected customers.
  • New FSL visibility screen offers a stock overview for multiple FSLs.
