New Features

  • New barcode tracking add-on available.
    • From the job screen create labels for your consignments each with a unique barcode number.
    • Drivers with the TrackTrans mobile app drivers can then scan on / off each barcode at collection / delivery points.
    • Send unloading / loading scans to warehouse handset to confirm the progress of goods through your depot.
    • Barcode / consignment tracking will also working with trunking operations and customer supplied barcodes.
  • Various improvements to multi-depot operations including timetabled trunk plans, auto pre-advising and a new overview screen.
  • SMS now available as an added security level on login. When active users must confirm a security code sent to their phone before they can login.
  • New consolidate jobs screen available for customers using contact names + business units. Multiple jobs for the same contact name and business unit may be selected and then linked to a different job for billing purposes.
  • New Unloading list screen added allowing jobs to be ticked unloaded on return to your depot. 
  • New option to auto email invoices to customers. Customer email address may be set in the customer admin screen while sending address is set as the ‘invoice email‘ address against the depot.
  • Various improvements to Interactive Pricing.
    • Column for extra charges added.
    • Freight and extra totals added to bottom of screen.
    • Mail tickbox added to allow queries to be emailed to customers.
    • Paper POD tickbox added to confirm when paper work received from driver.
    • Jobs with selfbill charges now appear in grey on freight column.
    • Jobs on an Invoice Preview are now excluded from the screen.
    • Individual jobs can now be added to invoice previews from this screen.

  • Mousing over ready tick box on pricing screens now lists what is required before the job may be readied.
  • Standard jobs may now be ticked as ‘exclude from invoice’. Jobs must have a price of 0 in order to be marked as exclude.
  • The charge type which appears on the Quickbooks invoice can now be set within TMS 
  • New invoice rule added, invoice by S. If set then a contact name, business unit and purchase order are required before job can be readied. In addition when final invoices run separate invoices will be produced for each purchase order on the invoice preview.
  • Invoice by ‘o’ customers now have invoices sorted by purchase order.
  • Customer list on invoice preview now shows customers with uninvoiced jobs rather than all active customers.
  • Vehicle type added to invoice preview and invoice.
  • All purchase orders are now automatically capitalised in TMS
  • Job number and master ref now fixed columns on Costing screen.
  • Costing notes (on the costing screen) moved to separate buttons against each job.
  • POD barcode option on enquiry screen now shows barcodes from all loads not just the latest.
  • New weight warning option added to customers. If present user will be given a warning message if trying to create / edit a job with weight over the warning threshold.
  • Vehicle type now searchable on enquiry.
  • Purchase order search on enquiry now case insensitive.
  • New option available to not require master reference when adding references.
  • Signature name, date and time for OnWheels delivery notes moved to middle of signing section rather than left.
  • Reference lengths increased from 20 characters to 30.
  • Business unit reference type changed to a controlled list, editing available through a new business unit admin screen under defaults.
  • References (in reference admin screen) can now be ticked as unique. If reference type is unique then only one of those references can be added to a job.
  • New option to show all quantity units rather than linking units to specific customers.
  • Scanned on (loaded), scanned off (unloaded) and created date added to allowed list of movements for external customers to view.
