New Features

  • New Job leglet feature introduced.
    • Clicking the manage stops button against an OnWheels or Inspect&Collect job now allows you to add multiple job legs for moving the job from initial collection to final delivery.
    • Legs can then be individually planned, costed and exported to drivers.
    • Status is returned to the ‘master’ job, once the last job leg is delivered the master job is completed and can be invoiced.
    • Unallocated jobs, load screen, transport pricing and custom reports updated to show job leglets.
  • New Map Planner for Inspections.
    • Inspection jobs visible on map.
    • Drag and Drop jobs from the map to your inspectors.

    • Allows inspectors to login at the end of the day and confirm jobs, status and other details entered on the phone app during the day.
    • Any mistakes can be corrected on screen and saved.
    • Finalise button closes the work book once all details have been checked.
  • New Inspector office confirmation screen added.
    • Once inspector finalises their workbook for the day the office can login and review the data before it is updated in TMS.
    • Any changes made by the inspector are highlighted red and hovering over them shows the originally entered information.
    • Manage stops, POD and Confirm buttons allows data to be corrected and completed within TMS.
  • New equipment overallocated on site report added.
    • Stock codes can now be flagged to have a maximum number which should be allowed installed on a single site.
    • Report then shows all sites with one or more overallocated parts colour coded and sortable.
    • Clicking an over allocated part or the site number brings up a details list of who the part has been sent to, when it was installed, serial number etc.
    • XLS option to download overallocated parts for a site which can then be emailed to relevant parties.
  • New Transport Movement job flag added.

    • Subcontractor accrual costs shows all work which has been allocated to subcontractors, has been completed but an invoice has not yet been received from the subcontractor
      • Filterable by completed date and whether a cost is present
    • Subcontractor deferred costs shows all jobs where an invoice has been received and applied from the subcontractor but the job has not yet been completed.
