Admin

  • Address editing added to TMS
    • This allows you to manage your addresses, change which customers use them, add additional details, mark inactive etc.
    • Any ‘default instructions ‘added to addresses now appear in the ‘Instructions’ box on the job screen when the address is selected.
    • Any details added to the ‘additional info’ tab on the address will trigger a ‘site details’ sheet to be produced when a delivery note is printed.
  • Improvements to admin Screens
    • Sub menus added.
    • All changes to contacts, personnel, subcontractors, customers and assets are now recorded. Admin history is viewable by selecting a contact and clicking the new ‘History’ button.
    • Default vehicle option added to personnel screen. If a driver has a default vehicle then whenever the driver is selected on the new / edit load screens then the vehicle will defaultly be selected.
    • When creating contacts the contact is now automatically selected after creation.
  • New ‘Defaults’ admin screens added
    • Reference Types – Allows you to add / edit reference types
    • Service Levels - Allows you to add / edit service levels
    • Stock Codes - Allows you to add / edit stock codes, stock codes are used for recording ‘inners’ in quantity details.
    • Units – Allows you to add / edit quantity units
  • Agency ePOD now excluded from holiday planner

Pricing, Invoicing and Costing

  • Improvements to Uncharged Jobs reports
    • New option to include / exclude OnHold jobs
    • New report added ‘All Uninvoiced’. This will give you a list of all the uninvoiced jobs (regardless of planned, cancelled etc) within a date range.
    • Font, text size etc of reports standardised.
  • Improvements to Subcontractor Costs Screen
    • Allow voucher numbers to be removed.
    • Display all jobs on manifest (regardless of cancelled, re-deliver etc).
  • Costing Notes button added to load screen.
  • Added warning to Purchase Invoice screen if Invoice amount doesn’t match net amount + VAT code.
  • Added PO sorting to Transport Pricing screen.
  • In the case of OnWheels jobs pricing details screen now splits collection and delivery problem details between the relevant boxes.
  • POD button added to Pricing Details screen. This will take you to the POD screen for the selected job.
  • New option to download invoices as excel spreadsheets as well as the normal pdf options.
  • New ‘Invoice by’ rule added. To be readied jobs require a PO but different POs can appear on the same invoice.
  • Invoice screen layout improved

Other

  • Enhancements to Template Jobs
    • Template jobs can now be any job type and can include Quantity, reference and requirements details as well as a freight charge.
    • Added option to delete job templates
  • New Template Route option
    • Organise a series of template jobs into a template route. These routes can then be saved and regularly created with just a few clicks.
  • Unallocated trunk loads now appear in the unallocated loads screen.
  • Export option added for trunk load. Note that because this is a trunk no matter how many jobs are on the trunk 1 OnWheels job of ‘trunk load’ will be exported.
  • Improvements to trunk unloading Screen.
  • Missing POD’s report now shows both sides for OnWheels jobs. A C or D shows whether the date is for the collection or delivery.
  • Improvements to POD movements.
  • Print POD option now includes company logo. Also has the option of including a customer logo.
  • Improvements to limited customer logins
  • OnWheels jobs – problem highlighting in Diary improved
  • MOT / Service details may now be added by clicking on the ‘Due’ or ‘Done’ fields on the Home screen.
  • Improvements to Movements pop up.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed error message when sorting Transport Pricing.
  • Fixed issue with raising query jobs if apostrophe present in instructions.
  • Fixed issue with pre-advicing jobs which didn’t have a master reference.
  • Fixed several issues with click handlers which caused ‘Contact TrackTrans’ messages on certain screens.
  • Fixed CSS issues where on certain screens fields wouldn’t be greyed out.
  • Fixed bug with ‘Del date’ showing wrong details on Customer Notifications screen.
  • Fixed issue with adding a job to a load and grouping before saving.
